Currently, in order for users to be able to view only authorized customers, it is necessary to carry out the process manually: enter user by user and link the corresponding CNPJs, or access company by company and link the respective users.
The quickest way available today is to use the functionality of pasting the CNPJs directly into the user's record and clicking the Select button. The problem is that if the user already has CNPJs linked, this feature doesn't work. In these cases, you have to delete all the companies already linked, save, return to the user's record and then paste the full list of CNPJs again - an unnecessary rework.
I reported the situation to support, but they said that this is the expected behavior and asked that it be registered as a suggestion for improvement.
At the moment, I'm still in the implementation phase. However, once the whole environment is up and running, maintenance will become unfeasible: I have more than 500 employees and more than 3,000 customers.
The ideal solution would be to include a flag in the user that would allow access to companies to be controlled via groups. We could then link users directly to company groups. There is already a tab for groups in the system, but its function is still unclear.
