<p>quando realizamos o envio das certidões validas, o cliente esta recebendo as certidões com pendência no template de email, poderiam me disponibilizar uma versão que envie apenas as certidões sem débitos? somos clientes novos e tínhamos entendido isso na apresentação, mas na rotina vimos que o cliente recebe a linha informando c/debito no template.</p>

<p>when we send the valid certificates, the client is receiving the certificates with pending issues in the email template, could you provide me with a version that sends only the certificates without debits? we are new clients and we had understood this in the presentation, but in the routine we saw that the client receives the line informing with debit in the template.</p>
