SITUATION (W/ DEBIT)

when we send the valid certificates, the client is receiving the certificates with pending issues in the email template, could you provide me with a version that sends only the certificates without debits? we are new clients and we had understood this in the presentation, but in the routine we saw that the client receives the line informing with debit in the template.
