Separation by totalizers to exclude variables

In the 'DataLake - Data Management' tab, in the 'Upload Variable Values' area, in the 'Select Variables' step, we have to exclude variable by variable if we want to. Given Hub's focus on customer experience, it would be much more functional to be able to delete variables by totalizers as well.

In other words, by deleting a variable from the '3' hierarchy, its successors (numbered '4', '5' and so on) would also be deleted. The totalizers would follow their own operating logic; they would correspond to their descendant variables.
