Regarding the operation of the Hub this month, I had problems generating DAS for customers
this is already the second time, and this time the problem was not solved in a timely manner.
I've been talking to the hub all the time and they told me that you were finishing the tests and so far the situation has not been resolved.
The documents have a payment deadline and I can't send them to my clients at short notice, there are some who prefer to receive them at the beginning of the month, as I always do this month it wasn't possible due to this problem, this difficulty of yours. There have been clients who have called to ask why they haven't received the document yet.
I know that problems happen and that every system is flawed and subject to errors, but they need to be solved in time so as not to harm my client.
I hope this situation doesn't happen again, because it could complicate things for me and even cause me to lose a client because of the delay in sending the document.
