Error prevention "Linked company with 2 or more certificates"

There are situations where the client doesn't have a certificate, in which case we make a power of attorney. Once the client has provided the certificate, we add the certificate to the client's register. But sometimes, when searching for a CND and downloading the error report, it shows that there is more than one certificate linked to the company.

Isn't there some way of preventing this error? Knowing that the system only uses one certificate to search for CNDs, couldn't it send a message when trying to link the second certificate? for example: "certificate such and such is already linked to this company, do you want to replace it?"
