Standardize certificate names

Standardize the name of the certificates.
Example: All certificates that are state certificates, leave the same pattern, just changing the UF. Municipality, the same and so on...
Example: "SEFAZ SP, SEFAZ MG, SEFAZ RJ"

An example of how it currently is is the name of the SP state certificate, which is Fazenda Estado de SP, the others are SEFAZ and the UF of the state.

I mention this because it makes it easier to find the correct certificates for companies that have several CNPJs.
