Improvement to the installments module

I suggest paying special attention to the PARCELMENTS module within HubAlertas+. Lately I've noticed that the system doesn't work properly, mirroring exactly the information in the government's systems, making me have to go to these systems to generate the installments. Along with this, I suggest a better, more intuitive design for visualization.
