Improve billing report layout

The standard layout presented by HubCount, has an unpleasant aesthetic, especially when printing this import, being totally misaligned, it would be ideal to make the changes so that our customers are satisfied with the system presented, I did the juste by Word, of small improvements that could be made that would already help in question, as in the PRINT forwarded.
