Automatic reading by the system of the Received DCTF message

Add a checkbox under "Administration" and "Settings" which, when checked, opens all E-cac messages with the title "DCTF Received" as soon as they are captured, thus making the "DCTFS DELIVERED" tab of HubAlertas+ 100% effective.
