CND search error icon

Good morning, I would like to suggest implementing an icon informing us that there has been an error in the CND search. With this improvement, it makes it much easier for us to identify when there has been an error and also avoids surprises, for example, seeing only the icons as shown in the image, we intuitively believe that this company has no major problems. But when we check the document, we come across a search error as illustrated in the image and eventually the company may indeed be in debt with the IRS.
Just as a suggestion, you could keep the green, yellow and red indicators and in the event of an error, a black icon could be displayed, for example.
