Gostaria de solicitar a apresentação do grafico de forma horizontal. Gostaria tambem que fosse possivel apresentar porcentagem de falta dos colaboradores, tempo de empresa de cada funcionario.

I would like to request that the graph be displayed horizontally. I would also like it to be possible to show the percentage of employee absences and the length of time each employee has been with the company.
