Billing statement without formatting

When generating the billing statement, whether in world or PDF, it comes out with formatting errors.
The title comes out to the right of the form, in the first month entered it comes out with a top and bottom line, the total turnover comes out in the right-hand corner and it doesn't generate in portrait format, only landscape.
