ICMS and IPI credit on product purchases

We would need a Reducing account in the Chart of Accounts in Group 41101. This would be ICMS ON PRODUCT PURCHASE and IPI ON PRODUCT PURCHASE. Today, in HubCount's chart of accounts, ICMS is included as other benefits, in Group 412030027. Our understanding is that ICMS/IPI S/purchases is a credit on purchases. Therefore, there should be an option for (-) ICMS S/PURCHASES AND IPI S/PURCHASES in GROUP 41101.
