Column with responsible accountants in the CND conference spreadsheet

When we issue the report, we have to send it to each person responsible in the tax department so that they can check the pending issues that prevent the certificate from being issued, and we have to do this manually or through proc-v. It would be much easier if the persons responsible were already included in the spreadsheet exported from HubCount.
