Access the Gissonline portal as a taxpayer or as an accountant/representative - https://portal.gissonline.com.br; (ID and password required) In the "Service Options" section, select "Request for Negative Debt Certificate"; Then select "Request for CND" for a new request or "2nd Copy of CND" to consult CNDs that have already been issued; After requesting the CND, the Tax Inspection Department will check whether the company is in good standing with the municipal tax authorities, and will issue or refuse to issue the CND; If you have any questions, please call 13-3828-1000 (Tax Inspection Department).
