Department registration via Excel spreadsheet

The employee department DE/PARA spreadsheet could already register the departments/cost centers not found in the register.
It doesn't make sense for the system to reject the departments I'm uploading via the FROM/TO, i.e. it didn't find them? just register them.

Or, at the very least, create a spreadsheet for uploading departments. Since the system allows you to import much more complex data, registering hundreds of departments/cost centers manually goes completely against the grain of automation,
