Updating historical data in Integrator with a period longer than the previous month

I've noticed that I've had some data synchronization interruptions in the hub because it limits the update of the current and previous month's trial balances. As such, I think it's important to include a retroactive update logic when I notice any discrepancies in balances, given the change in retroactive balances, especially during the period when companies close for the year.

Along with this improvement, it would also be useful to include a notification message sent by email or whatsapp to the hub administrator, signaling the companies with a difference in assets and liabilities. On a day-to-day basis, we don't operate much within the hub base, and since the notification of differences is inside, we end up having a delay before we realize it.
