Change graph axis / Scale

At the outset, understand that x is a hypothetical value (e.g. 1 million).
And this applies to any graph. When I have two graphs that compare the same thing, for example on the left net revenue and on the right net revenue without taxes (just an example) I would need to be able to edit the scale or Y axis where they normalize.
