Add Bank 218 - BCO BS2 S.A.

BS2, formerly Bom Sucesso, is a very strong foreign exchange bank. Today our companies have a partnership with them and we would like them to be included in Hub Count's list of banks, since we already use the Other Banks account for other banks with smaller transactions. We have migrated most of our Bradesco transactions to BS2.
